| One of the most important components in boiler installations is the high temperature area(super heater and reheater).The safe and economic operation make directly effect on the Safety and economics of the units.　In the paper,I systematically study every element which takes effect on over temperature and tube explosion of platen super heater,and raise my own view and technique improvement and thermodynamic test on the spot,we validate the difference between technique plan and fundamental theory,therefore validate its correctness.
