The tube temperature of super-heater is always an important parameter about life of the utility boiler on-line monitoring and evaluating of safety. It is very important to acquire the parameter accurrately.The paper, based on the successful application of computational fluid dynamics analysis on the flue gas heat deviation and the flow deviation of super-heater ,tries to calculate the tube temperature of the super-heater,two independent compute-fields ,using the shell model to couple steam and the flue gas fields.And one utility boiler of HG-670/13.7-13 model,as an object of research ,is studied to calculate the tube temperature of high temperature convective superheater under the rated load. the results of numerical calculation show it is will be feasible to apply the numerical calculation software to calculate the tube temperature.
