With the development of the architecture technology and lack of the land resources,more and more tall buildings,skyscrapers and large span bridges appear,so the need of for high performance concrete in the modern constructure become even popular.The way of producing the high performance concrete by using active minertal mixmaterial and the high efficiency water-reducing compound has been an important technical measure. Such high performance concrete aims to have high strength,workability,volume stability and endurance.Concerning the practical condition in our region,in the paper a new kind of high performance concrete using the native raw materials has been produced.The author has discussed about the property of high performance concrete mixing pulverized fuel ash.As a result,achievement have been made:analyzing design method of mix proportion;indicating the relationship of unit water use,water cement ratio,cement quantity,sand ratioand concrete sthength;obtaining the design method of mix proportion and linear relationship of strength and water cement ration;making sure of the standard factor and the best mixture proportion by the orthogonal test on the high performance concrete mixing pulverized fuel ash and silicon,as well as analyzing the endurance of the high performance concrete;the great economic and social benefit are obtained by cost analysis.In a word,based on plenty of experiment, the mixture ratio, strength, shrinkage property, permeability-resistance,freezing- resistance of the new kind of high performance concrete have been completely analyzed.It has showed that such concrete can be widely used in many kind projects,such as construction projects,bridge projects tunned projects and the other special kind of projects.
