| Asphalt concrete as a new type of rail infrastructure,which have excellent properties such as damping noise reduction,waterproof can provide better bearing capacity of the upper structure,can prevent surface water into subgrade,ensure embankment has good stability.However,there is no standard and preparation technology for the asphalt concrete in railway engineering in China,so it is difficult to generalize this kind of track structure.At present,only a small number of applications in the national orbit test center,Sui-Yu test section,the Wu-Guang special zone,the Beijing-Tianjin intercity and Harbin-Dalian experimental section.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the design method and comprehensive performance of railway asphalt concrete mixture.In this paper,the main research methods of laboratory test and theoretical analysis are used to propose the research on the main objective of the surface preparation technology of high speed railway asphalt concrete.This paper was supported by Moscow to Kazan high-speed railway reinforced subgrade surface project and national natural fund project "season frozen area whole section of high speed railway asphalt concrete reinforced subgrade surface work mechanism and long-term performance"(project no.51778541),First comprehensive research results of domestic and foreign scholars,refer to the United States,Korea,Japan and other countries railway asphalt concrete gradation and AC-13 type gradation in highway engineering of our country.Compared by volume index,Marshall test,Put forward a grading range for season frozen zone using in high-speed railway.Through dynamic modulus test,freeze-thaw splitting test analysis performance of the recommended grading type and the United States,South Korea railway engineering grading types,such as TSRST test,low temperature bending creep test,low temperature bending test was applied to recommend gradation for analyzing low temperature performance.finally the four-point bending fatigue tested asphalt concrete specimens fatigue performance in conditions of different temperature and strain,by the coefficient of friction and surface texture to scan for the anti-sliding performance of mixture are studied.The main results of this paper include: due to the difference between railway and highway engineering environment and service conditions,the design method of asphalt concrete in highway engineering should not be studied completely;By comparing the United States,South Korea,China,Japan and asphalt concrete design gradation scope,found that the railway engineering recommend the compactness of asphalt mixture,put forward the season frozen area railway asphalt concrete design recommendation grading range and control index;The series of low temperature performance tests and fatigue tests indicate that the recommended type mixture has good low temperature performance and durability.Provided some valuable methods for the design of asphalt concrete reinforced subgrade surface in the future. |
