| This paper has researched on high-frequency induction heating power supply. Adopting parallel resonant topology, a 250kHz/25kW supply has been designed which uses power MOSFET as its switching devices.Chapter 1 has introduced the history and the basic knowledge of induction heating technology, and the development of power devices and the induction heating technology are introduced as well.Chapter2 compares the two basic resonant topologies and the parallel one is mainly focused. Its basic performing principle, best overlap time choosing strategy, power regulation and capacity enhancing solution are discussed.Chapter3 analyzes the high-frequency molds of those passive elements. The parasitical inductance plays important role under high operation frequency conditions. How it comes into being and how it effects the normal operation are both discussed. Compensatory capacitance and inductor choosing strategy is proposed at last.Chapter4 gives the power supply design which includes rectifier and inverter control, MOSFET driver as well as protection circuit. Correlative simulation and experimental waveforms are shown at last. |
