Since the invention of the induction heating power supply, it has been rapidly applied to the every area of national production for its advantages in the industrial heat treatment. The research and improvement of induction heating power supply is very meanfull for a country like China which needs huge energy sources every year. This paper has researched on high-frequency induction heating power supply, and paid most attention on the inverter. Meanwhile this paper adopted the parallel resonant inverter as the main topology for more matching with the high-frequency work state. And what's more, this paper finished a 250kHz/20kW power supply using MOSFET of APT.Chapter 1 introduces the history of induction heating power supply, and shows the important effect of development of power electronic devices on the advance of induction heating technology. Finally, has introduced the mean of this paper and the content of experiment.Chapter 2 mainly analyses the theory of introduction heating. After comparison of some inverter's topologies, this paper selects the parallel inverter.Chapter 3 introduces choice of the important devices in the high-frequency and high-power work state, analyzes the infection of distributing inductor on the circuits and has proposed several methods to improve the distributing inductor. Finally, analyzes and confirms the topology and parameters of snubber circuit.Chapter 4 pays attention on the design of hardware. Mainly introduces the main circuit of inverter, control circuit, state protection circuit and driver circuit. Meanwhile, proposes the circuits scheme had designed.Chapter 5 introduces the experiments and Chapter 6 concludes this paper and puts forward some problems.
