A Study On The Planning Of Public Service Facilities Of University Park Of Science And Technology In Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone

University Park of Science and Technology is a complex function which transforms knowledge into fortune. Public Service facilities are imperative organ which ensure major function operate continuously. It is observed that every link operation can't depart from assistance and support of public service facilities. This paper studies the planning of public service facilities of University Park of Science and Technology in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.The paper is composed of seven chapers. The opening chapter points out the studying object, analyses correlative studying background; then expatiates on studying contents, intention, meaning, methods and technical line. Finally it summarizes previous studies both internal and overseas.Chapter 2 analyses setups of public service facilities in Tsinghua University Park of Science and Technology, sums up valuable hands on, then studies the planning layout of it.Chapter 3 expatiates on the developing backgrounds of University Park of Science and Technology in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone, sums up its holistic planning truss of services system, then educes its developing orientation.Chapter 4 researches the actual state of public service facilities of University Park of Science and Technology in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone, points out we should regard and take measures to develop it rationally.Chapter 5 discusses the development strategy of public service facilities in the park, based on experiential references and actual state studying.
