Combined the form that the current power industry development of our country, andpointed out the necessaryness of the circulating water pump technical reformation ofpower plant, introduced the traditional design methods. This paper has mainly analysedvertical oblique flow circulating pump operation properties. Through monistic flowdesign theory, carried out preliminarily design for impeller, and completedthree-dimensional model analysis through CAD software. With the aid of CFD-FLUENTsoftware platform, have carried out value for flowing imitation in pump, the SIMPLECmethod on unstructural grid has realized pressure the couple of speed, which verified theresult of preliminary design. Combined the example that the Xingtai power plant inpump operation, carrying out optimization analysis in transform course, eventuallyreaching a purpose, which can reduce consumption and raise the purpose of operationeconomy.
