Fuel ethanol is corn as raw material,obtained by fermentation of high purity industrial alcohol,in the process will produce excess heat,this part of the waste heat taken away by the circulating water system,in this process,the required circulating water temperature of 22?(Summer 28?),the temperature of the circulating water system is a low-temperature cooling water,which is different from the general industrial circulating water,which at the same time will consume high power,the enterprise is cost-effective,cost-effective One enterprise primary goal.Based on the original working conditions of the existing equipment design and parameter collection,combined with the optimal operating principle of the system to determine the reasons for high energy consumption,and then optimize the transformation of heat transfer network,good pipe network flow balance and reasonable control for the return water temperature,The flow,pipe network resistance,water pump operating efficiency analysis,to determine the optimal pipe network optimal resistance and optimal circulating water.Find the most efficient operating conditions of the system,select the parameters of its matching pump,replacing the original transport equipment,in order to achieve the purpose of saving energy.Based on the detailed data analysis of 10 water pumps and 8 wind turbines,the experiment was carried out on a water pump and a single fan in combination with the actual situation.After the renovation,the annual energy saving was 2920150 kW · h,Directly reduce the cost of 1.4606 million yuan.After the assessment,after the transformation of energy-saving pump and the other four pumps transport conditions,to meet the production equipment required cooling water flow and water pressure requirements and stable operation,the transformation of the water moving fan in the water 3300m3/h working conditions,The average running speed reached 108.3 r/min,reaching the water temperature in the 18-26? requirements,and smooth operation.Which can be obtained after the experimental technical changes in the original operating indicators do not change under the premise of the pump energy-saving rate of 10%of the target value of the turbine reached 100%of the target energy-saving rate,the effectiveness of experimental technological transformation significantly,To achieve the enterprise cost reduction efficiency goals.
