This text is a thesis about regulatory detailed planning of the distribution park.This text probes into basic theories of planning and construction in the distribution park at first, start with such basic problems as the production , development, function , classification of the park ,etc, carry on reason to describe to the distribution park; then analyse the requisition for planning of motive force mechanism and characteristic attribute in the distribution park, define several items which should be paid attention to in planning and design.The core that this text studies is to control index system and the method of elasticity planning . On the basis of analysing subject matter of working out existence of regulatory detailed planning in the distribution park at present, regard core of regulatory detailed planning as the breakthrough point -Index system and planning control method, analyze the profound reason why the question produces, propose the solution -Set up the control index system of distribution park, probe into the general principle of elasticity planning method that use among the rule in the distribution park. Basic theories of planning and construction in the distribution park are the strong support of planning and design; the index system is a basic frame worked out in regulatory detailed planning; elasticity planning is the scientific and rational planning method, it is the important means to improve the enforceability of planning.This text set up the control index system of distribution park, probe into the general principle of elasticity planning method that use among the rule in the distribution park, and apply the research results to the development construction of Dalian land-port logistics base.
