Research On ASP-based Resource Modeling And Optimization Deployment Of Networked Manufacturing Platform

Network manufacturing is the outcome of economic globalization and information revolution ages; it's an important strategy in reforming the traditional manufacturing industry. Application Service Provider (ASP), the new service mode based on Internet, is the effective way for manufacturing enterprises to improve their capabilities of innovation and market competition. A new idea and an implement method of network manufacturing information service have also been developed.Based on this background, with the domestic and overseas practical production requirements, the ASP service mode and the technology for resources optimization deployment to support ASP system are researched in this paper.The main points of this paper are as following:Firstly, the concept features and development of ASP model were discussed, The relationship between networked manufacturing and ASP service was deeply analyzed and the main contents of ASP service were introduced. The discussions were given to process of ASP service and the features structure of ASP platform. Some technologies concerned with realizing the ASP service were also described.Secondly, the definition of the manufacturing resources and the establishment principle of the manufacturing resources model were analyzed. Through the analyse of the commonness and individuality of different resources, the content of manufacturing resources was confirmed, and the classified model,the descriptive model and the deployment model for the resources was established. With the discussions to the evaluation methods of available resources and the confirmation to the basic elements of evaluation, an optimizing deployment strategy for manufacturing resources was presented in terms of the requirement for evaluating the resources from their features and capabilities.The integrative evaluation of manufacturing resources is realized.Finally, The functional structure of the ASP service system were studied. By using some programming technologies.such as JSP, SQL and JAVA, a archetypal system for searches in manufacturing resources and optimization deployment were established based on the ASP platform.The work of the paper is a beneficial attempt in research of ASP model. The obtained results will have certain theoretical significance in enriching ASP theory system and accelerating the application of ASP technology, and further establish a fundamental for future research in this area. The developed system software for optimization deployment in manufacturing resources has important practical meaning as the part of ASP platform.
