Abstract/Summary:
The computer-aided design and application of the workshop scheduling is one of the important parts of the computer integrated manufacture system (CIMS), and which is a key technology of building digital enterprise. Also, because it directly affects the efficiency and cost of production, many enterprises pay more and more attention to the study and application on the workshop scheduling system. Furthermore, it has been regarded as one of the hot issues both in the theoretical research and practical applications.This paper takes the practice factory of the high technological college of Xi'an university of technology as the engineering background. Firstly, it analyses the management mode and existing problems in the process of production in the practice factory, and forms the functional model of the workshop scheduling and management system. And then, the software model based on unified modeling language is established by employing the object-oriented analyzing technology. At last the prototype of the workshop scheduling system is developed according to the above software model.Job shop scheduling is a kind of typical combinatoral optimization problems, and which is a very active and popular subject researched by many scholars. The paper researched the application of genetic algorithm on Job shop problems, and presented some algorithms to solve JSP based on the ideas ofGA. To verify the algorithms, the software system related to JSP based on GA was developed.It can be showed by practical application that the software system developed by the author could satisfy the requirements provided by the practice factory, and which established the foundation for later development.
