| With the gradual implementation of the Made in China 2025 pl an,China is constantly advancing toward a manufacturing powerhouse,especially the rapid development of high-precision industries represented by aerospace.The aviation industry started late in our country,and various problems gradually surfaced in the process of large strides,including the low level of workshop management and low intelligence.The production mode of aerospace products is a typical multi-variety,medium and small batch.The process is cumbersome and the product is switched quickly.It is necessary to complete the production scheduling according to the operating status of the workshop and cooperate with the timely response of the tool and fixture to ensure the efficient and stable production process.At present,most of the aviation product manufacturing workshops are not highly digitalized,and the management system is difficult to grasp the actual production situation of the workshop,resulting in poor execution of workshop scheduling,decision-making heavily dependent on worker experience,and improper scheduling of tool fixtures.In this paper,a detailed analysis of the management status of an aerospace product manufacturing workshop is carried out,and a unified tool coding scheme is designed according to the process forms and typical procedures used in the manufacturing process of typical aerospace products,and the fixture coding scheme is divided according to the different models of the products produced.Realize the standardization of tool fixture management methods,and lay the foundation for the tool fixture scheduling management process.In order to realize the accurate mapping of the workshop production process,this paper studies the workshop production process simulation method based on P lant Simulation.Through the VBA module to clean and organize workshop flow and job reporting data,generate process information,working hours information,equipment information,team information and other processing data and environmental data.At the same time,based on time and event-driven simulation modeling ideas,respectively build workshop production The process simulation model and the production scheduling process simulation model lay the foundation for analyzing the production bottleneck of the workshop and formulating the production scheduling strategy.In order to greatly improve the executable workshop scheduling plan,this paper proposes a workshop scheduling method based on the interaction of simulation models and intelligent search algorithms.Based on t he high-precision production scheduling process simulation model,using the Mysql data environment as the interactive interface,through the design of the chromosome structure containing equipment,process,process and other information,the genetic algorithm is improved to optimize the production scheduling plan.Taking the 31-day flow data of the manufacturing workshop as input to solve the production scheduling plan,the results show that compared with the actual implementation of the production scheduling plan in the workshop,the production scheduling plan based on the high-precision simulation model can better guide the actual production scheduling.On the basis of the completed workshop production scheduling,combined with the characteristic that the workshop tool fixtures are strongly constrained by the workpiece,the tool fixture management method based on heuristic rules is studied.Apply corresponding heuristic rules to dispatch and manage the tool fixtures in the aviation workshop under the actual production process data environment,obtain a tool fixture management plan suitable for the actual production process of the workshop,and analyze the impact of tool fixture management on production scheduling,combined with simulation The production scheduling model has formed an intelligent management system for production workshop scheduling. |
