Study On Heat Measure And Charge System Of The City Heat User

Against the current situation with unreasonable charge method to heating, this paper discusses the charge system to heating of the city and develops one measure and charge system to heating based on microelectric technology, computer technology, intellectual detection technology, wireless communication technology and network technology to realize the task of measuring and charging the heating according to the household. A new type of intelligent instrument measuring heat and a long-distance and wireless Automatic Reading Meter System are presented in this paper. The household instrument finishes the collection of temperature and flow of the heating system and sends to the heating center far through wireless communication. The Heating center deals with the data, monitors and controls the state of the heating system through the management information system. The system reaches the operation mode of scientific management finally. This paper explains the design of hardware and software in detail in the whole system, introduces the corresponding interference-resistant measures, and analyses the causes of error.
