The Research And Analysis On Sustainable Development Of Urban Residence Function Suburbanization

Suburbanization has become the hotspot of regional research in modern city and the new trend of urban development. As one of the important part, the matter of residence is always the utmost concern in national economy and the people's livelihood. In late 1980's, the commercialization and socialization of housing distribution has come into realization through the urban housing system reform. The middle-income and low-income families cannot afford the high-price house in midtown. And the high-income also voluntarily transfer to the suburb for its beautiful environment. Moreover, the economical housing policy has been put into practice. All of this has promoted the new residence building in suburb. The large-scale city rebuilding and the rapid development of city traffic make the replacement of urban land become possible and accelerate the course of suburbanization. While, the high income family also for the low-price land and there is no housebreaking burden like the old city, real estate developers transfer emphases from urban to suburb one after another. So comes the flourish of suburb residence development. After the super and big city, the trend of residence suburbanization has appeared in the medium city, while the problems also emerge during this course, such as the problem of traffic, school, waste of land, conflict of culture between urban residents and suburban residents, and so on. In the face of this situation, being designers, we should keep sober mind and be responsible for our society duty. This paper begins from the concept of suburbanization. Then, it systematacially discusses the venation of research on urban residence function suburbanization and explore the internal rule. It also pays attention to consulting, analyzing and absorbing the experience and moral of residence function suburbanization in foreign countries. The article chooses Century Sunshine Garden in HeFei as the case study of the small and medium city. Through questionnaire research, it finds out the residents' reflection and evaluation about the surroundings and investigates the substantial space and social space on residents' living. Through multistatistics, a scientific method, it analyzes the achievement and shortage during the course of suburban residence exploitation and building. Based on that, this paper brings out corresponding strategy and advice on how to keep the development of urban residence function suburbanization sustainable and concordant from the point of view of a developer and planner.
