The fundamental characteristics of tunnel engineering technology are the complexity of geological environment and difficulty to acquire data of geology, surrounding rock and design-load parameter accurately. For quite a long time, the engineering design of tunnel is mainly based on experience judgement. As the adoption of NATM(the New Austrian Tunnelling Method) by shotcrete and anchoring, monitor measuration become an important method in design and construction of tunnel engineering for appraising the condition of support and surrounding rock objectively and design appropriately,therefore, guarante the stabilization of surrounding rock-supporting system.The particularity of tunnel engineering determined many taches such as reconnaissance and repetition in design and construction. Information construction could feedback information timely based on the practical monitoring condition during construction process, building the judgement rule of surrounding rock in ultimate stabilization time, ultimate distortion and so on, it could avoid occuring landslide or magnitude accident availability, achieving the safety and economic of tunnel engineering.This paper based on the site measuration work during construction of mountain tunnel, and research on measuration theory, measuration layout, and measuration information treating. Based on the diversified measuration information acquired from site, many kinds of experience methods and utmost strain rule, and synthesis feedback congujation FEM are carryied out. Among the information analyses, statistic analysis of displacement information( internal void astringe, vault subsidence) is very important. In accordance with the distortion and stress change rule of mountain tunnel which adopting NATM of up and down pedestal sit, the supporting parameter and supporting time is determined apporpriately, In addition, the stabilization of surrounding rock-supporting system is researched.Therefore, achiving the economical efficiency while assuring the safety first.The research show us: statistic analysis method, grey theory had great useful value to the stabilization and safety judgement of surrounding rock and structure during tunnel construction. Furthermore, utmost strain rule and it's warn criterioncan feedback the construction site's information and instruct construction.
