| The comprehensive motional analysis and the comprehensive dynamic analysis of a mechanical device are important components of mechanical designing. So far there has not been a complete theory which can describe accurately how the manufacturing errors of mechanical device's components affect the function of the device. A concept of robust optimum designing is introduced in this paper to solve the problem. Main points in this paper:1 ,How to lowing production cost was studied when the accuracy of manufacturing installation was chosen. This paper give a design method of robust optimum design that made error counteracted mutually by reasonable selecting distributing of tolerance sector of design parameter.2, The degree of sensitiveness of each design variable was analyzed and come up with a reasonable size of machining tolerance sector according to the degree of each design variable. Therefore .the cost of production was reduced.3 , When the fluctuate complexion of each design variable was unknown .The design variable was regarded as a optimize object and was designed ,thus made the result of design is insensitiveness to fluctuate value. |
