| The requirements of reliability and security are higher and higher in the fields of Astronautics and Aeronautics now. Tolerance control and fault diagnosis technology is a novelty method to improve reliability. In this paper, the theories and methods of tolerance control and fault diagnosis technology are particularly recommended. The concrete work includes several the following respects.1. The development of tolerance control and fault diagnosis technology is discussed, and the methods, the advantages and the disadvantages of different methods and applicable range are studied.2. Different ways of redundance design are discussed , the methods and configuration of redundance design in Platform Laertial Navigation System (PINS) and Strapdown Inertial Navigation System (SINS) are given. The optimal scheme of multisensor in SINS, analysis of reliability in multisensor and the advantages of the application of information fusion in multisensor are studied.3. The general structure and the principle of fault detect based model are given, fault model of sensor, actuator and state in system are founded, and the sufficient and indispensable conditions of fault detectability in control system are given.4. Hx theory and relative principle of filtering are studied. The relation between Hx norm performance and Riccati equation or inequality is discussed. Thestructure and plus matrix of Hx filtering in different conditions (linear discrete,linear continue and nonlinear system) are given.5. The key process and the ways of threshold determination of robust fault detect are studied. One of methods of constant threshold determination and adaptive threshold determination are given.6. Using simulation data of CZ-2F launch vehicle fault simulation system, the result of simulation based on CZ-2F launch vehicle pitch direction indicate thatHm filtering fault detect can assure whether fault occurs, and this methodachieves a better robustness and improves detect accuracy. |
