As the developing of electrical industry, more and more transmission lines and power stations are built to meet the need of power system. In recent years, transmission lines' rebuilding is carried out in many cities and lead to electromagnetic radiation by high voltage transmission lines and stations. Electromagnetic pollution has become a serious problem. Therefore systematic study on environmental influence by electromagnetic radiation has both important academic meaning and engineering value. In this article ,History and the overall plans of development about power system in Chongqing are introduced, nature and social conditions of Chongqing are also described. To more easily simulate, some assumptions about transmission lines are made. The mathematic model about two-dimension-electric field of super high voltage transmission lines is established. It's adapted to open, flat areas and slope. Rules of power frequency electric field are summarized after examples. The super high voltage transmission lines are high current system. The distribution of currents on surface of the lines is asymmetric. Current Simulation Method is adopted. The mathematic model about two-dimension-magnetic field of super high voltage transmission lines is founded. Rules of power-frequency electric field are analyzed.Development of electromagnetic metrical technology in the world is described, including: methods, metrical technology. According to the distance and height of transmission lines, the power electric and magnetic fields are selectively measured after collaborating measured points by PMM8053A. The influence on circumstance of transmission lines is analyzed after concluding measuring data, associated with the criterion of environmental evaluation. The measured results and simulating results are compared to validate simulating programmes. At last, The estimation jobs attended about influence on circumstance of transmission lines are introduced.
