| The vibroll is one of the major basic construction machineries. It has been used in the various basic project of compaction extensively. It is a typical machine with using vibration and controlling vibration. On the one hand it will use the partial quality in vibration wheel spin to produce periodicity vibration which can raise and improve the performance by compressing the soil. On the other hand it will reduce the vibration of vibration wheel upward frame and driver's cab transmit and raise the driver's comfort. Along with the development of national economy the social requirement for infrastructure quality is higher especially the requirement for highway quality. The quality of soil compaction is the important factor among the many factors that raise the highway's quality. The important machinery of the schoolwork soil compaction is the vibroll whose superiority makes it take 90% of the market of road roller. With the increase of the requirement of user for the comfort of vibroll the key problem of comfort is improving vibroll's damping system. Vibroll have 3 levels damping system in which the first level damping system play an important role. It directly affects the vibration quality of vibroll. To study the first level of vibroll in this paper we study the rubber absorber between vibration wheel and former frame. After understanding vibroll the foundation of developing course and the vibration working principle of road roller on first discuss the principle of vibration isolation of rubber absorber and analyze the condition when the rubber absorber takes effect. Determine the rubber damping form -- structural damping of damper. Then for rubber absorber carries out plenty of test researches. Concrete test work is as follows: 1 .Test the static stiffnees in the X and Y direction of rubber absorber , research the stiffnees's change law in the X and Y direction. Compare X, Y direction force and deformed relation. 2.Because in actual work rubber absorber should seperate the vibration when it vibrates suddenly or vibrates continuously.Measure the acceleration transmissibility of rubber absorber for researching its vibration-seperating efficiency in actual condition. Vibrate the rubber absorber with pulse excitation and sinusoidal excitation in different static load condition to measure the acceleration transmissibility of rubber absorber for the two signals. Analyze the law of transmissibility changes with load. Compare the rubber absorber transmissibility's difference for the two signals which is an important index of evaluating the vibration-seperating efficiency. 3.Did research on the rubber absorber's dynamic parameter. Through testing the frequency response function curve, inherent function curve recognize the first order and the second order modal form's inherent frequency, construction loss factor, modal stiffnees and coherence coefficient. At the same time analyze and handle the testing data. Study the change law of the rubber absorber's dynamic parameter. Get the conclusion after researching large quantities test data 1.The relation between the deform and the force of Y direction and theX direction of rubber absorber is linear. 2.The X direction static stiffnees of rubber absorber (compressive stiffnees ) is larger than Y direction static stiffnees (cut stiffnees ) which shows that the vibration- seperating efficiency of the explanation rubber in the Y direction is better than in the X direction. 3.Rubber absorber's cut allowable distortion is larger than compressive allowable distortion. 4.After being ompressed rubber absorber occur only elasticity distortion and its volume changes little or changes a little. 5.When the ratio of the working frequency of vibration ship of road roller vibrates and the natural frequency is more than 2's squre root. Rubber absorber just plays the part of the role of vibration isolation. The stiffnees of rubber absorber is the more low.
