The Research Of Locomotive Fittings Overhauling Management Information System

Since entry to 21st century, manage information system has been broadly applied to different industries. In one way, lots of industries backed up by information technology spring up. In the other way, the traditional industries present a brand-new look by taking advantage of the technology and reshape their operation flow. With the deepening of the reform of the railroad system, depots are in urgent need to improve its management and competitive ability. Thus it is inevitable to apply the technology to the quality control for examination of locomotive accessories.Since the end of 1990s, the Railway Ministry and its subordinate depots have done lots of research in the locomotive' s examination quality and safety issues, and have developed batches of hardware and software systems. But among the numerous systems including the management software about accessories examination, none is particular enough to provide management to each accessory in the examination process, and by effectively controlling the accuracy of each examination step we can improve the overall quality, accuracy of locomotive' s examination.Here we overcome above issues, and meanwhile based on some mature technology, we explore the way to its realization based on C/S mode.In chapter one, I introduce the background and meaning of the study in managing information system for railway locomotive accessories checking, its status quo, and issues we will discuss in this article.In chapter two, I introduce the system' technical scheme and some basic conception of software engineering.In chapter 3, I give particular explanation of its operating flow and frame.In chapter 4, from the perspective of how to build up the application structure, I introduce its three truss and their interrelation and my final choice of the structure based on C/S mode. .In chapter 5, I describe the tools, the flat roof and their key technology. And by illustration I emphasize the database design and its key technology.In chapter 6, I summarize the overall work of the system, and raise some pending issues to be solved in the second developing round.
