The new stirring kneader is a new type mixer. It integrates with the smashing, stirring, kneading, self-cleaning and conveying functions, which can easily resolve the problem in the high viscosity material stirring and mixing. This kind of mixer is widely used in many fields, such as hydrofluoric acid, polyester, amino plastics, synthetic rubber, dye inter media and cellulose derivative production. At present, the mixer mainly depends on the import in our country. The main research is in the abroad large mixing equipment companies and the report about this equipment is seldom announced. Although this equipment was made by some domestic companies, the mixing result is not better than the foreign like products. Therefore, the research and investigation of this new type stirring kneader have an important meaning. The mathematical modeling, dynamic simulation and its strength analysis of the new stirring kneader are the center contents of this paper.First, according to the characteristics of the new stirring kneader, the screw flight shape curve formation process is investigated to obtain the mathematics for the reasonable design of the screw flight shape, which using the principle for formation of the twin-screw mixer screw section and the relativity kinetics theory.Second, the dynamic simulation is performed on the computer to compare the parameters and improve the structure of the stirring kneader to obtain better mixing performance.
