With the more application of ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic machining, ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic medical treatment and so on, power-ultrasonic applied in the industry more and more. Ultrasonic vibration system (include horns and transducer) is the key part in the power-ultrasonic application. A steady, efficient, reliable ultrasonic vibration System is crucial for power-ultrasonic application.This thesis developed an ultrasonic vibration CAD system, based on advanced CAD software: UG (Unigraphics), using the functions and developing tools of UG. The following issues are mainly studied and addressed in this thesis:1. Power-ultrasonic technique theory and application in the industry were presented in this thesis.2. The basic ultrasonic theory was introduced in this thesis in detail. Design theory and choose principle of horns & piezoelectric transducer were studied, which include design method of many kinds of horns & piezoelectric transducer. The fixing method of ultrasonic vibration System and the jointing means among the part of system are introduced.3. Study development method of UG thoroughly, and realize the whole process of development, including: application program interface of UGNX based VC++6. 0, customization of MenuScript and User Tools of UGNX, visible design application of UG/Open UIStyler of UGNX, studying the relation of different customer interface of UGNX and 3D modeling...
