With the development of science and technology of ultrasound, ultrasonic transducer technology has been developed rapidly and widely used. Therefore, the constantly research and development of the types, materials and function of ultrasonic transducer have practical significance. There are several vibration models of ultrasonic transducer, such as longitudinal, torsional. The better acoustic matching between air and flexural vibration transducer causes it’s general application. The effect and transmission form of ultrasonic vibration energy are proposed different requirements by some new ultrasound technologies in complex areas. For example, ultrasonic vibration cutting, ultrasonic motors, ultrasonic welding. In order to improve the effect of vibration energy, some composite models of ultrasonic vibration system is required.To promote the practical development of ultrasonic transducer with flexural, sandwich flexural or composite vibration model, the designment, equation derivation, theoretical research and experiment of those are implemented, which based on the previous work. The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:(1) Taking the example of laminated flexural transducer, the ultrasonic transducer with flexural vibration model is researched. Vibration characteristic of elongated rectangular piezoelectric ceramic vibrator of different borders is analysed and verified aoccording to resonant frequency testing.(2) Accoding to the boundary condition of composite vibration system, the frequency equation of piezoelectric ceramic transducer with sandwich flexural vibration model is obtained based on the theory of flexural vibration. Analysis and experimental verification of actual elementary theory and the choose of length and location of the ceramic piece is conducted in this paper. Flexural vibration transducer of schema translation with logitudinal transducer and rectangular plate is designed to acquire the resonant frequency equation and displacement distribution.(3) The frequency designment and equation derivation with ultrasonic transducer of sandwich logitudinal-flexural and torsional-flexural composite vibration model as the subject is completed. Taking the fixed length of fine rod and ceramic plate into consideration, the design frequency is basically equal to test frequency according to the research on experimental testing.
