In this thesis, the design theories of the piezoelectric transducer and the amplitude pole are studied deeply, then developed the ultrasonic vibration CAE system based on software UG. The automatic process to the vibration-part is done by UG CAM. At the end, a test is taken to prove the practicality of the above methods. The following issues are mainly studied:1. Researched the theoretical system of the piezoelectric transducer and the amplitude pole. Deduced the mechanical-and-electrical equivalent circuit and the mechanical resonance frequency of the piezoelectric-reactor to the transducer and the wave equation to the amplitude pole, clarified the design theories of the amplitude pole and the ultrasonic transducer.2. Studied the secondary-development-technology of UG thoroughly, gained the whole process of the development, include the UGNX routine-interface based on VC++6.0, the 3D modeling program of UG/Open API and so on.3. Studied the CAE application of the ultrasonic vibration system, designed the general plan and the Functional modules map, researched the key technologies of the system, done the automatic process to the vibration-parts by UG CAM.4. Done the test. The result shows that the design methodology is justified.This technology can improve the design efficiency, short the development cycle, reduce the labor intensity. It is the basis of the enterprise to realize the integration and information.
