The Study Of Plan Construction In QingChunShan Development Area In Erdos

With the time of knowledge economy coming and sustainable development strategy being proposed, the exploitation of new city development areas has been in consideration of ecological protection and economic development in all of the world. The construction of development areas in the process of urbanization in some countries follows the trend and become one of a major model in city development.In this paper QingChunShan development area of Erdos is taken for example to explore how to plan and construct a development in national areas in China's West. It could take a plan model neither in South East areas nearby sea nor inland. Base on exiting city planning theories, practical cases and years of working experience, this paper explores the history of planning and construction in new development areas of cities. Through analyzes and studying of plan and construction in QingChunShan development area, this paper deeply analyzes some substantive problem in new city development area plan of China's West. Finally, this paper points out plan of QingChunShan development area for beneficial reference to similar plan and construction of other economy and technology development areas in our country.
