Motor control is a very important part in the course of industrial automatization. Along with continually increasing need for motor control product used in the industrial autocontrol, the technique of modern motor control is more important and microprocessor has been widely applied in the field of motor control. Because the treated data and need for real-time is continually increasing, the traditional control strategy based on SCM(Single Chip Micyoco) can not gradually meet the need. With the rapid development of Digital Signal Processor(DSP) and it's gradually increasing ratio of function and price, it has become a trend which Digital Signal Processor will been applied in the field of motor control.The application of DSP in motor control is a new field. The dissertation firstly gives the introduction of the present development state in the field of motor control, and based on wide market investigation it demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of DSP's application in the several motors control system. This paper discusses the development and application realm of DSP and it's main construction characteristic and type, and based on these, the paper chooses a kind of DSP chip applied in motion control, and this is TMS320LF2407A. The paper introduces this kind of DSP chip's construction and characteristic in detail, and then, the paper gives the instruction of DSP's emulational hardware development system and TI's compositive software development environment-CCS.Based on The TMS320LF2407A chip, the dissertation designs a hardware plate applied in the several motors control system. On the hardware plate, the paper designs the driver of two-phase hybrid stepping motor. The paper explains the designs for resistant interference and for printing circuit board. Based on the hardware plate. The paper gives some debugging programs such as for SCI serial communication and for the control of stepping motor by I/O ports and PWM channels in the events manager of DSP chip. The paper founds the base of hardware and software for the further development of the several motors control system based on DSP chip.
