Prestressed Subassemblage concrete frames apply prestressing force technique to assemblage structures, that overcome the deficiency of dependability of assemblage joints and solve the problems in the precess of assembling concrete frames.Subassemblage and Prestressed concrete frames are assembled by precast prestressed beams and columns with tendons in the joints of the frames. These beams and columns are hoisted in site and the tendons are passed through the corrugated pipes.By way of these tendons, precast beams and columns can be assembled conveniently, and the joints and frame are monolithic and continuous, that establish a new system of industrialization of prestressed structures. The paper analyses the results of experiment and goes deep into study the performance at double face stress of the internal joints and exterior joints by experiment of two subassemblage and prestressed concrete frames under low reversed cyclic loading. It presents the joint crack requests, and deduces formula of crack resistance capacity and joint shearing deformation by the analysis of tiny unit in core area. The paper compares calculation value with measured value of the internal joints and exterior joints respectively. The paper calculates respectively the shearing bearing capacity under reverse direction and positive direction loading.
