Pre-stressing concrete fabricated structure is formed by applying concrete components with pre-stressing force. it has the advantages of the prefabricated structure because of the prefabricated components. As the role of the pre-stressing force which between the components has greatly improved the integrity of fabricated structures, the structure overcome the poor reliability of the fabricated structure connected nodes. As a new and practical type of the fabricated concrete structure, it opened up a new market with vast space of application and development, has good technical and economic benefits.This paper based on the pseudo-dynamic test and low-reversed cyclic loading experimental study of a specimen of two story double-span prestressed fabricated concrete frame, we researches the seismic performance such as, hysteretic behavior, energy dissipation, displacement ductility, and the load-shear angle hysteresis curves of the core area of joints. Under the vertical and horizontal force action the connections of frame on bi-direction compression enhanced joint stiffness and increase crack resistance in the core areas; by the theoretical derivation we get the anti-cracking checking formula of the pre-stressed prefabricated concrete frame joints. The analysis shows that the nodes in the core area has a strong anti-cracking performance; we can also take some measures to preserve the joints areas by adjust the relative intensity of columns and beams in the actual projects. |
