In order to meet the need of production, We must master particularly the operation conditions of the scraper conveyer.This text calculates the advance tension of scraper conveyor, and the distributing of the chain tension of scraper conveyor while operating. The paper designs the hardware systems and software systems to measure the chain's tension. This detection system regards C8051F020 one-chip computer as the core, and designs sensor system, one-chip computer peripheral interface circuit and data transmission circuit according to the detection system. The software system designs the program of data gathering and data transmission, and realizes the measure of the chain tension. This detection system for analyzing the scraper conveyer operation conditions, and then controlling the scraper conveyer constantly, provides safeguard for the normal running of the whole production. |
