| With the development of three-dimensional graphic technique and computer technique, three-dimensional design has been already inevitable tendency of CAD application. At present, the application of three-dimensional CAD technique on scraper conveyor design mainly focuses on three-dimensional solid modeling,main parts and components' finite element analysis(FEA) and so on. Overall three-dimensional design and simulation on the whole scraper conveyor is at the stage of searching. This thesis brings forward the procedures to develop overall three-dimensional design and simulation about scraper conveyor at the base of engineering practice and discusses the methods to realize assembly simulation, interference check, motion simulation in detail for scraper conveyor. Finally, the paper develops the dynamic simulation system for scraper conveyor based on the parametric three-dimensional software Pro/ENGINEER, by using the tool of pro/toolkit.
