Along with the improvement of living standard, the packaging industry has been developed to a great extent. These years, the control quality of bag-making machine, especially about it's temperature control, has fluctuated between the medium and low level. Main subject discussed in this thesis focus on the high precision temperature control for the domestic bag-making machine.The sealing block of the bag-making machine is a typical heating object which has characters of nonlinearity and lagging. Because heating object has widely used in all real control fields, the research into this field has important significance. In this paper, the advantage and disadvantage of some typical control methods are studied, such as PID, fuzzy control, predictive control, neural network control and expert control. The following research works have been done:The temperature control board had been designed with the core of the MCU 80C196KC and peripheral circuits.A PID control method based on Expert System is studied and proposed by comparing several arithmetic. Also, a new arithmetic for improving on conventional PID is proposed.The SCM-196KC software for PID control method based on Expert System is designed.Expert knowledge in expert knowledge bases and rules in rule bases are created. At last controlling parameters are adjusted.In comparison with traditional PID, the overshoot decreased 98.4% and adjusting time reduced 40%. The application results demonstrate the arithmetic has great practical significance and theoretical value. The system can solve the temperature problem of bag-making machine, enhance the precision and speed up control process and take on superior economic and societal benefits. I believe that this article will give refers to the control of nonlinearity and lagging object. Finally, how to built rules automatically and how to solve anti-jamming problems were discussed.
