At present,the refrigerator has a very important position in the current social life for its own working principle,which can reduce temperature after electricity and keep the low temperature environment for the preservation of frozen food and other substances.The function is to use the compressor and other control devices to keep the temperature in the refrigerator in a stable state,which is in order to frozen food,or to keep the best temperature for the food that needs to be kept fresh,so that the preservation time of the food is prolonged.Therefore,the refrigerator has a very important position in the dalily life.However,the accuracy of traditional refrigerators is not high and the temperature difference with ideal temperature is large.The reason is that it is embedded evaporator whose working principle is to control the opening and closing of the compressor by controlling the temperature of the evaporator,so that the temperature of the refrigerator can be stabilized at a specified temperature.At present,the refrigerator considers all kinds of factors such as energy consumption and so on.The temperature fluctuation is generally controlled at about 1 degrees,which affects the preservation of food,and some foods that require accurate temperature can not meet the functional requirements.Moreover,the temperature control of the ordinary refrigerator has the characteristics of large delay,large lag,nonlinear and so on.In the control process,it is easy to cause overshoot of the temperature and produce excessive energy consumption,resulting in unnecessary waste of resources.In addition to the influencing factors of the refrigerator itself,in the actual use of the refrigerator,the user often opens the refrigerator door,takes things and places things,and affects the stability of the temperature of the refrigerator.It is a complex system with the existence of unknown,time-varying and correlation.The control algorithm is effective in controlling temperature.At the same time,we should always pay attention to how to make the temperature control system in complex interference factors meet the required accuracy.In view of many practical needs,the development of intelligent temperature control system based on expert PID algorithm is of practical significance.This paper mainly introduces the working principle of refrigerator,frequency conversion drive,expert PID control strategy,hardware and software design,etc.
