As a switching device capable of closing,carrying,and breaking the current in a normal loop condition and capable of closing and carrying a current in an abnormal loop condition for a prescribed period of time,circuit breaker is one of the most important control and protection equipment in the power grid,its fast and accurate sub-closing action is particularly important.Circuit breaker synchronization refers to different period of time,means the circuit breaker in the sub-closing,the three-phase sub-closing the earliest time and the latest time difference.Non-contact measurement technology has unique advantages in signal acquisition and synchronization identification of circuit breaker,being more widely used.However,the non-contact measurement process susceptible to interference,in which sound signal would be effected most serious by noise,such as: speaking voice,whistle and thunder,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to separate the original sound signal by blind source separation,and then to process and separate the three-phase mixed signal,by analyzing the synchronism of opening and closing of the circuit breaker accurately by sound-vibration signal fusion..Firstly,designed the overall circuit breaker test system based on non-contact idea,and proposed the requirement to the function of hardware and software.Then,analyze the transmission of two signals,vibration signal is affected by environmental slightly,use the appropriate filtering technology can achieve the purpose of de-noising.But for sound signal with the same route of transmission of noise effected seriously,simple filtering technology can not meet the needs,even affected subsequent analysis of the characteristics and identify of the fault condition seriously,cause wrongful convictions,miscarriage of justice.Therefore,this paper proposes the idea of blind source separation of the circuit breaker sound signal,that is,the source number estimation of the collected sound signal is carried out by the improved potential function algorithm,and then the improved Fast ICA method is used to separate the signal,of the circuit breaker sound signal.Finally,analysis the collected signals in time-domain,and the time of the mixed signals produced by the three-phase switching operation is separated by the wavelet analysis technique.The maximum different time between the three phases is compared and analyzed..Through the sound and vibration signal pretreatment and three-phase signal separation method,we designed a new status recognition system of circuit breaker based on non-contact measurement.The system can acquire several testing signal and synchronization judgment,which lay the foundation for the circuit breaker synchronization detection.
