| The downstream of Yellow River is an emphasized tapping river segment, which has a winding river way, complicated water current and floods rise up and down sharply and dangers always appear. The embankment engineering of Yellow River is the main engineering measures for floods and river way tapping of the downstream of Yellow River. The effects and security of these projects affect the economic development and social stabilization and security of people's lives and properties of broad region on both banks of the yellow river. Although the embankment projects played an important role in floods protection, there were many problems need to be resolved. There are a lot of problems need to be researched. For example, embankment erosion, the figure of spur-dike, the planar layout of spur-dike, the materials of spur-dike construction etc. The embankment projects often received the flood threats, so the dangers of root stones lost and spur-dike bodies under destroyed always appeared on one hand. Some embankment projects couldn't take the functions of diversion and embankment protection for unreasonable planning and designing, so we couldn't control the river efficiently in these section On the other hand.Based on the problems that we meet with during imposing the yellow river, this paper use methods of theoretic and numerical value, by the way of theoretic analyses and numerical simulation of embankment engineering, make a systemically study and evaluation in erode, diversion and technological parameters of optimize structure of embankment engineering. Adopting numerical value and model test, make a detail reasoning in technical parameter of new-style structure in flood prevention.
