Recently, to meet the demands of construction, the cities of big and middle scale all regard the construction of rail traffic as the main way, but technologies in the field of signals of rail traffic in our country are lagged behind the developed countries. Undergrounds which have been built in the past several years, such as undergrounds in BeiJing, ShangHai and GuangZhou, have been applied ATC from foreign countries, which occupied the most advanced technologies at that time. Without questions, using the technologies from overseas, the real station of the foreign signal systems can be known about. As a result, domestic signal technologies are improved. But the cost for all the system is very high and we have to face the dilemma in which our rail traffic cannot develop continuously and healthily. It is important to improve our technologies of rail traffic. Holding domestic rail traffic equipments means to develop ATP of our knowledge property right, so less investment will make more development. Rail traffic can relieve pressure on cities greatly, also improve traffic jam, so occurence of accidents would be reduced. Rail traffic will decrease exhausted gas and ameliorate environment Investing on yawp and atmosphere will also be decreased. Being cubic traffic can use space adequately. Rail traffic is safe, on time , comfortable, fast, large capacity, low cost and no pollution, which is a kind of green tools for transportation in the new century and the inevitable choice for continuable development.Signals system can insure safety and high efficiency. With time going on, passengers are increasing, so are autos. Traditional signals could not be fit for rail traffic with high speed, density and safety. All the design of the system includes three parts——Controlling center, Digital rail circuit without insulation and loading equipments. To secure the principle that Safe is the First, Controlling center would use the redundant configuration of three circuit boards. At the same time, applying CAN Bus and internet protocol to transport data to industry controlling machine. The system adopted the S3C44B0X SCM in the Sumsang company which use the ARM7TDIT as the core and the embedded real-time operation system—μC/OSⅡ. So the controlling system would be a system with the characters of real-time, high speed and multitask. We will finish it cooperating with other ones , more over, make full of use of the occupied technologies and assimilate them. Within a short period, we hope the system would be run, so we possess a product of own knowledge property right, industrialization and international competence ability.
