The gas pipeline currently being used in Shenzhen has been eroded severely due to Shenzhen having heavy soil erosion to the gas pipeline and the poor quality of the anticorrosive construction. The incident happening phase has arrived.Based on reviewing much domestic and overseas documentation and understanding the electrochemistry erosion theory and the anticorrosive theory, this article analyzes Shenzhen gas pipeline network's erosion situation and finds out the diversified elements to affect the pipeline's erosion. Via establishing mathematic model to analyze the erosion elements proportionally, conclude that the anticorrosive layer's resistance rate, the soil's resistance rate and the lacuna points are the most representative elements from the analysis from the main components and the clustering. Withal,takjng the pertinency to upgrade the pipeline network's anticorrosive engineering to the system level overall consideration; referring to the domestic and overseas coating progressing and integrating Shenzhen's local situation, considering the elements e.g. pipeline materials, the soil's erosion, the construction etc, according to the principle of "technical advanced and economy reasonable", a series of effective new process, new technology, new materials and new equipment have been taken, e.g. for the ground imbedded pipeline network adopting 1. Trying to use the PE plastic pipe for the ground imbedded pipeline; 2. adopting three layers PE jacket pipeline; 3. the steel pipeline using the prefab anticorrosion; 4. stuffing materials using the heat shrinking cover and the tallow rubberized fabric etc anticorrosive measures. For the pipeline above ground adopting: 1. using the heating shrinking cover to prevent the corrosion for the pipeline drilling through the wall and the building; 2.using the new engineering process for the bushing to prevent corrosion; 3. change the middle pressure pipeline on the ground into zinc coating special pipeline to prevent the corrosion.Because of taking the appropriate measures, the new constructed gas pipeline's anticorrosive design is greatly improved, and this makes the city underground pipeline network's anticorrosive construction much more scientific, much more modern and much more system. At the same time, it also provides the experiences for the peers to solve the gas pipeline's corrosion issue.
