Fire power plant water treatment technology and online analysis are important safeguards to ensure electric power product safely and normal run. Recent year, owing to rapid development of our electric power industry, 100MW~300MW drum boiler became the main force of firepower generation. Electricity price competition in net become main competition mode of electric power market in the future, therefore, cost reduction to build up competition force becomes significant task to make corporation develop constantly. However the situation of water treatment is the main factor affecting run cost of fire power plant, that is, when water treatment don't satisfy the standard, heat equipment will engender deposit salt dirty and erosion, which make it couldn't run in gear, accidents occur frequently and maintain cost increase. It is obvious that boiler water treatment and online inspection are most important to long-term safe production of firepower generation. In this paper, practically aimed at the problem that in our country great capability, high parameter drum boiler is adopted congruent phosphate water treatment but the inspection means is still incomplete, we developed R value automatic analysis instrument to increase locale inspection and automatic manage level. In this paper, we did jobs as following:In-depth theoretic researching to R valve online inspection method, analyzing inspection methods to congruent phosphate treatment oversea, and establishing the math model of R value online analysis inspection.By the use of Cygnal micro controller, realizing online continual survey of pH, PO43-and accomplishing R value calculation. In the same system, surveying and calculating above parameter increase the stability and accuracy of the whole system.Analyzing the NH3, pH, PO43-measure errors of water sample and their effects to R value measure, systemic analyzing by applying Labview, and consequently optimize best project during congruent phosphate treatment.This problem is application research related to multi-sort and several branches of academic study. We devoted abundant time and energy to analysis method, material selection, chemical reagent prescription and design of inspection system, then an integrated R value online inspection method is established and obtained realization. The intermittent static analysis inspection method applied in this problem enhance the stability and recurrence of inspection.
