At present,with the society pays a attention to the environment protection,the pollution problem of vehicle has got wildly concern from the society. Investigation shows that the proportion of vehicle pollution is increasing progressively each year, therefore strictly control the emission of vehicle engine is imperative. Now ,with emission regulations of vehicle are getting more and more stricter, all diesel engine manufacturers at home are devoting themselves to develop and manufacture products which meet the emission regulations. Model 4102BZLQ diesel engine developed by DONG FENG CHAOYANG Diesel Company LTD is just introduced to meet the emission regulations. In emission target, the level of PM is more difficult to control. From the measures which were taken inside the engine, allow combustion properly, more fully, thoroughly so as to low the formation of carbon smoke and particle ,which is the key point to control the particle emission level . Model 4102BZLQ diesel engine has used TCI technology. During its development, start from the internal measures which influence the completeness of combustion .Through many experiments, we have given fully analysis and research for the fuel inject system ,intake system and combustion system which influence the fullness of combustion .We also have given proper matching fore fuel pump, nozzle assembly, turbocharger, inter-cooling temperature and pressure, combustion chamber structure and other parameters, with help of calculation and measuring technology, thus the combustion tends to more fully, finally the particle emission level of such engine has met EUROâ… limits.
