With the rapid development of electronic technology and the variety and intelligence of torpedo, researching a new and effective anti-torpedo method has been an important part of modern defensive industryo The mine-hunting sonar system is produced in such a condition, and it defines the torpedo's position by use of sound wave emit by the sonar array which is installed on the bottom of theThis paper discusses the attitude stabilizing system of mine-hunting sonar, and builds the mathematics model of this system., I propose a steadilizing systematic scheme which applies microconverter ADC812 as the cpu and MC33O35 as the contral chip of the electromotor,, In this paper, the realization and debugging of the hardware of this project based on microconverter ADC812 and MC33035 was described, the attitude stabilization system has fast response speed, higher ability of disturbance rejection .This paper describes application software of developing about the serial downloading debugger of ADuO12 and ADSIM812 emluator, and the programme of this system.
