Mine-hunting sonar system detects the mine's position by the sound wave emitted by the sonar array which is installed on the bottom of the ship. The condition on which the mine-hunting sonar array attitude stabilization system works is very abominable, some parts may stay in water for a long time. When it works,there is much disturbance from water. To improve the precision of the system,high sampling and processing speed is needed. So the sonar array attitude stabilization system is real-time and must respond quikly .We want to use PC/104 processor and real-time operating system VxWorks to improve the system's respons speed and real-time performance.First ,this paper analyzed the configuration of the system and some main component and their transfer functons ,and the mathematics model of the sonar array attitude stabilization system was built.Then,the embedded PC/104 module's makeup,configuration and some main interface equipments used in this system were introduced. PC/104 was used to realize the control rule and the multistage rotatory voltage transformer was used to sample the angle signal, and the system sampled speed signal with A/D and used D/A circuit to change the digital signals into analog signals that the servo control system needs.On the basis of completing the hardware circuit design,the software design was realized under condition of VxWorks,including data collection,processing and sending .At last, the graphical interfaces of the sonar array attitude stabilization system was designed to display the information of the sonar array and ship.
