The topic come from the research and development project of Haerbin replacement leaders.To energy, as other merchandise, the balance of supply and requirement and good quality are expected. After many years development, the contradiction of the supply and the requirement has relieved. But there are more and more non-liner electron devices in the electric network. So, the quality of energy has deteriorated. In 2003,the electric network of America and Canada were cut off suddenly. It is the result of bad quality of networks. As a result , the measurement and management must be put into effect.In this thesis, the measurement of power quality is introduced comprehensively in order to provide data for promoting power quality. And the main part of thesis is the analytic instrument of power quality: the instrument makes use of Digital Signal Processor(TMS320VC5402)and can collect the voltage and the current, the harmonic wave can be analyzed by the DSP. The power curve and the harmonic wave curve are showed on the LCD. All curves and the results are printed by the mimic printer, the results can transmit into PC for further analysis whose results can guide the production of the power companies. The hardware of the instrument is based on DSP and include power circuit, data sampling circuit, logic circuit, memory expansion circuit and so on. The software is development by C language and assembly language in CCS. It consist of sampling ,FFT digital filter. The operation shows that the instrument has the combination of high accuracy, convenient operation, friendly interface, and corrective ability. And the instrument also may apply into some fields directly.
