Hydroturbine governor is a main equipment to realize the automation in the hydropower station. The electrohydraulic servo system is a key part of hydroturbine governor. Whether it's configuration and control means is reasonable or not directly affects economical benefit and the safety of the equipment of the hydropower station. In this paper, a digital electrohydraulic servo system is built base on actual requirement of some medium and large hydropower stations. Then the mathematical model is built. And then the system is controlled and simulated by the Simulink toolbox and Fuzzy Logic toolbox of MATLAB. The better means, self-adjusting PID factor fuzzy controller of this system is found by comparing the simulative results of several controllers each other. It is proved by the simulation testing and analysis that the system has many advantages such as steady, high reliability, the strong anti-jamming capability, low cost, simple structure, and small driving force moment and so on, and can be used in the system with high pressure and big flow. It will be widely used in the hydropower stations.
