Electro hydraulic servo valve is the key component of the electro-hydraulic servo control system,which plays a key role in the performance of the whole hydraulic servo system.Compared to other servo valve,2D digital servo valve not only has strong anti-pollution ability,a simple structure and good static and dynamic characteristics,but also can be direct digital control,so it has wide application prospect.In this thesis,10 diameter 2D digital servo valve as the research object,aimed at 2D digital valve and its control system on the corresponding research.On the structure,the valve with high pressure tank on valve core and valve cover on chute hydraulic damping half bridge,replace with high pressure round hole with hydraulic damping half bridge composed of spiral groove,improves the response speed,reduce the processing cost.Integrated control system for the high-speed DSP core component design not only has good dynamic and static characteristics,but also has real-time control,working status real-time monitoring,parameter settings,and online debugging control circuit board in one.Specific work content and the research results are as follows:(1)Describes the working principle of 10 diameter 2D digital servo valve,the structure using high and low pressure trough and chute constituting the guidance and control half-bridge stage hydraulic damping to increase the initial stage guidance and control traffic,improve the response speed,lower processing costs,thus established the mathematical model 10 diameter 2D digital servo valve,and simulation analysis,researched the influence of main structure parameters on the dynamic and static characteristics.(2)Analysis of the electrical mechanical converter of 2D digital servo valve,two-phase hybrid stepping motor is researched.Describes the working principle of the electrical mechanical converter;in order to eliminate the contradiction of stepping motor resolution and response speed,use the continuous tracking control algorithm,based on this established mathematical model of electric mechanical converter and simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the electro-mechanical converter of 2D digital servo valve has good static and dynamic characteristics.(3)Based on continuous tracking control algorithms,the 2D digital servo valve embedded integrated controller is designed by TMS320F2812 chip.The integrated controller can not only accomplish the control task of the electro mechanical converter,but also through the PC real-time monitoring of the electromechanical converter working state,but also through the host computer the controller parameters online required settings,such as PID parameters,current calibration parameters,without burning through the simulator to complete the parameter settings.In addition,also taking into account the debugging control circuit board design of the controller,through the host computer,debugging without emulator can complete the circuit board modules,reduce the intensity of work,improve the efficiency of debugging,ease of mass production.(4)Based on LabVIEW develop a debugging and monitoring software for upper computer,through the software and 2D digital servo valve controller combination to achieve 2D digital servo valve controller for on-line parameter settings,the real-time monitoring and debugging of circuit board.The software has many advantages,for example friendly man-machine interface,simple operation,reliable and practical etc.(5)The test rig for performance of ?10 diameter 2D digital servo valve is built.The experiments of No load flow characteristic curve,null position leakage characteristics,The dynamic characteristic of ?10 diameter 2D digital servo valve are performed.The experimental results show that with a diameter of 10 mm diameter 2D digital servo valve has good static and dynamic characteristics,Its Static Hysteresis 2.37%,linearity of 1.5%,And its frequency width is about 150 Hz approximately at-3dB and-90°,In the oil pressure 20 MPa,The rising time of step response is only about 5.8ms.At the same time,it also verifies the practicability of the controller and the monitoring software of the host computer.
