Electro-hydraulic servo system combines the advantages of both electrical and hydraulic, with high power specific mass, fast response speed, high output power, flexible signal processing, and easy to implement various parameter feedback, etc. So it is most suitable for the occasion of light equipment but heavy load and fast response, and its application has been in almost every field of national economy and civilian industry, such as the control of rocket, aircraft and marine steering gear, and the pressure control of material testing machine and other experimental machine, etc. As an important control element in the electro-hydraulic servo system, The servo valve determines the performance of the whole system in a certain extent. In comparison to other servo valve, the2D digital servo valve has some peculiarity, such as simple structure, strong ability to resist pollution, and good dynamic performance.The research object of this paper is Small and medium flow2D electro-hydraulic digital servo valve and its controller, do some mathematical modeling and simulation on the2D digital servo valve, do large improvement and research on the electro-mechanical converter, actuator and the structure of valve sleeve and so on to meet the needs of industrialization. Than do the revised design of the digital controller to further improve the control performance.This research main contents and results are as follows:Chapter1,This paper summarizes the development of electro-hydraulic control technology and electro-mechanical converter and the research status at domestic and foreign, and illustrates the research purpose and significance.Chapter2,The paper analyzes the structure and working principle of2D digital servo valve, establishes the mathematical model of the bow control structure of2D digital servo valve servo screw mechanism, obtaines the influence of various parameters on the2D digital servo valve performance by MATLAB software.Chapter3, revised design and theoretical analysis and calculation on the structure of electro-mechanical converter, valve cover and valve core of small and medium flow2D digital servo valve.Chapter4, Introduce the design of hardware and software of the digital controller of2D digital valve, thus to further improve the control performance of2D digital servo valve. Chapter5, Setting the2D digital servo valve experiment platform and testing the valve’s dynamic and static performance,the experimental result of electro-mechanical converter frequency width is260Hz, and the bandwidth of6size2D digital servo valve is110hz, step response rising time is10ms, that showes2D digital servo valve has high response speed and good dynamic performance.Chapter6, The main content of this paper was summarized, and the outlook for deeper research was put forward.
