| In this paper,A realized project of measuring instrument and line losses analysis system was approached and introduced on the basis of analysis and investigation on dynamic monitoring of measuring instrument and line losses system , combined with advanced computer and network technology and the operating situation of Shijiazhuang power company. An essential design and exploitation was carried out be using Oracle database, Delphi software, Erwin4.0 as developing and constructing tools. Foundation was established in order to improve the management level and realize the maximum of economic and social benefits for the enterprise. |
