Statistical process quality control is a useful and effective means in product quality control of mechanical process. Along with the advancement of technology, traditional Statistical process quality control's technical background have changed. For the faultiness in traditional statistical process quality control, the traditional statistical process quality control should be improved.Through deep investment of traditional operation of control chart, a constantly increased swatch space has been used to approach the collectivity space; the precision of swatch parameter was elevated through the extending of swatch space; The dynamic control chart and dynamic control parameters, which changed with the extending of swatch space, have been used to control the mechanical process, and the dynamic parameter formula has been deduced out; The control chart's analysis moment and control moment in tradition statistical process quality control joined together. For the data catching and processing in improved statistical process quality control, A real-time database (RTDB) has been worked out to catching and processing the statistical data. The real-time database's data model has been given out. The real-time database was constructed with traditional database and real-time data buffer in EMS memory and real-time control program; The implementation of time limit in real-time database was researched and the method was put forward ; Data communication module and data catching module's implementation has been researched; The author has researched the database's query module,maintenance module,data report form module,remote data sending module and normal school curve drawing module, give out their implementation methods.
