| The scraper conveyor is a haul machine of continuous action, it has flexible part as its haulage mechanism. Its main working places are production face and crossheading, etc. For its special structure and working circumstance, so far it is the unique transporting means.As loading and haulage mechanism, the scraper chain used to finish material conveyance. It is the main part of scraper conveyor. In the tradition, only if the scraper conveyor doesn't work in the condition of resonance, we can consider the dynamic load of flight as percent of the static load. But that the number is fitting the actual n-umber or not doesn't been proved theoretically. If the actual number is larger than the percent 20 of the static load, this can enhance the abrasion between electric motor and the others parts in drive section. In the same time this can enhance accident frequency of thechain in the actual work and influence the working performance of the conveyor. Whereas this can bring error in the design and enhance unnecessary economy investment.This paper considers the drive chain as flexibility to analysis and put forward the dynamic load, the static load and the ration between them theoretically, and contract the rate and the percent 20 actually. This paper puts forward the unified expression and the solution in several event including different style of drive and different style of transport. in the end the expression is long-lost to turn. The program scheduled in this paper has simulated the dynamic continuous model, and analysised the result of the simulation, at the result, the result of dynamic has been used to design the scraper conveyor dynamically. |
