The paper analyses the reason of train's longitudinal impact while traveling first and introduces a new kind of train's longitudinal impact analyzer, which inspects the impact through acquiring train's acceleration. In the paper, we bring out the point that using both the train's acceleration and the differential coefficient of the acceleration express the train's longitudinal impact firstly. The analyzer based on notebook PC, use technology of database to save and operate the data. It advances the analyzer's ability of data processing and makes the analyzer intelligent.We choose ADXL105, a new style of inertial sensor, the micro machined accelerometer to acquire the train's acceleration. When the sensor responding, the data acquisition acquires the data and transmits the data to computer through RS-232 general serial bus. We apply the technology of database into the data processing, which wrote by C++ Builder.The data acquisition is made up of the circuit of A/D, communications, watchdog and the power of system. Specially, we design a mechanical gradient to adjust the level of the accelerometer in order to improve the precision of apparatus. The data processing can draw a curve of train's acceleration on line, create a report of the test and offer a data processing flat for user.The analyzer is being used in Xiangfan locomotive depot. The function and capability of the analyzer is accord with the locale request. It has high accuracy and high anti-jamming, not only can inspect train's longitudinal impact, but also can watch the performance of train's movement.
