The main responsibility of Airspace Management is to manage the airspace of a country in order to ensure the appropriate, secure and effective use of the airspace, and Airspace Management includes many contents such as airspace design, airspace distribution etc. Because the relationship between increasing needs of airspace using and airspace capacity that is almost keeping invariable must be processed appropriately, the effective use of current airspace becomes a focus at the same time of researching how to ensure the maximum security. The main responsibility of Airspace Evaluation is to access and evaluate the airspace of a country. On the one hand, whether the current airspace is used securely and effectively is accessed; on the other hand, the future airspace system is predicted to ensure the availability of this system in a long time.The research on AirSpace Management and Evaluation System will lay a substantial academic and pratical foundation for ensuring air traffic security and making sufficient and effective use of airspace resource, and it has important social effect and practical value.General Administration of Civil Aviation of China proposes the research on AirSpace Management and Evaluation System. The ASMES System to be developed will be used by Airspace Management Bureau of GACAC It is contracted by Aviation Data Communication Corporation and is subcontracted by Sichuang University Civil Aviation University of China, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.The whole AirSpace Management and Evaluation System is made up of some critical parts, that is, Airspace Data Access, ArcGIS Drawing, Middleware Technology, Data Fusion, Airspace Evaluation and so on.This thesis discusses the research and development on some critical parts in AirSpace Management and Evaluation System, including mainly the following contents: Design the Architecture of AirSpace Management and Evaluation System. Design and realize the Event Log Middleware and Event Log Module based on middleware technology.
